Thank you for providing emergency food, clothing, baby formula, and medicine to refugee families in the Middle East!
Conflict exponentially increases the risk of women and girls being trafficked as predators take advantage of the chaos, instability, and breakdown of society to prey on the most vulnerable.
This often looks like:
Our local team is serving tirelessly to meet the most urgent needs and provide support and dignity for people who have lost everything. This is the first step in helping them stay safe.
“The situation is escalating rapidly ... Even in the midst of these circumstances, the steady faith of many believers continues to encourage us.”
In the midst of this chaos, vulnerable families are tangibly experiencing the love of Christ through your prayers and partnership. Thank you for standing in the gap and being the hands and heart of Jesus in unreached places!

Our team in Nepal noticed a teenage girl named Sita* and a man walking towards the border crossing. When questioned, they claimed to be married but something wasn’t adding up. The staff questioned them separately and 16-year-old Sita confessed that she had met the man just a few weeks ago and he had convinced her to travel into India with him alone - without telling her family.
Thankfully, you make rescues like this possible and our team was stationed there. They realized the danger Sita was in and immediately intervened. After receiving counseling and training in how to spot the warning signs of traffickers, Sita agreed not to continue the journey. She was returned safely to her family – rescued from a future of so much pain and trauma, because of your generosity and compassion!
Like many traffickers, he had paid for all her expenses and told her to lie about being married so they could slip across the border undetected. Most likely, he would have used her debt to him as leverage to traffic her into working at a brothel in India once they crossed the border.
I am thrilled to share with you that She Is Safe was awarded the golden seal as a 2026 Top 10 Ministry for Return On Investment!
This recognition by ROI Ministry followed an independent third-party evaluation conducted by Calvin Edwards & Company (CEC), which carefully reviewed our financials, governance, and measurable program outcomes. CEC studied our ministry and focused on our flagship program, transforming lives and generations through She Is Safe Groups.
